By browsing this website, requesting a quote, ordering a sample, or placing an order with Alucowest, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

02Products and Specifications

• Product images, colours and finishes shown on this site are for guidance only and may vary slightly from the finished product.
• Panel thickness, dimensions and finish are confirmed at the time of quotation and order.
• We reserve the right to update specifications, finishes or availability without prior notice.

03Quotes, Orders and Payment

Quotes provided through this website or by our sales team are estimates based on the information supplied and are valid for a limited period, as stated on the quote. Orders are confirmed only once payment terms have been agreed and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.

04Delivery and Risk

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates. While we hold significant stock and aim for prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping, customs or weather delays. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.

05Warranty

Alucowest aluminium composite panels are covered by a factory warranty as specified at the time of sale. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and weathering outside of specified tolerances.

06Returns and Cancellations

Custom-cut or custom-coloured panels cannot be returned once production has started. Standard stock items may be eligible for return within a reasonable period, subject to inspection and a restocking arrangement to be agreed with our sales team.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and diagrams, is the property of Alucowest or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

08Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alucowest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the use of our products outside of their specified application and installation guidelines.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles.
